AD's?

Lettering from Objects from the House Ind. class. These AD's are for organic fertilizer. I'm trying to decide if (with some more finessing) they could fit in with the rest of my portfolio. I've been updating my website this evening and looking at everything together I think it might be nice to show something more photographic with my mostly illustrative design work. 

Michael Hersrud Workshop

Michael Hersrud gave a workshop this morning as part of the digital hype lecture series this week at UD. We had a couple hours to experiment with textures. It was refreshing to work quickly and sort of different for me, making shapes in Illustrator.

So I emailed a logo I made for feedback to my teacher, Ken Barber, and he liked it so much he put it up on his blog. He and Ben from House Industries teach the class. I hope they're equally into my project that's due tomorrow...

In other news, I feel like Brittany and I gave birth in the form of the wishfulfillmentmachine.com We had the baby and now we have to feed it and clothe it and get up in the middle of the night to rock it to sleep pay for it to go college and get married and babysit it's kids. Basically it's taking over our lives and we need to figure out a way to balance fulfilling wishes with all the other things we still need to do before graduation.
